Mayaland Hotel and Bungalows is a beautiful and elegant hotel located at the heart of the Chichen Itza archeological zone, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. The MayaLand Hotel and Bungalows are located adjacent to the magnificent ruins of Chichen Itza, one of the new Seven Wonders of the World and the center of Mayan culture and history.  The lush gardens and modern amenities of this fine hotel will make your visit memorable and pleasant.  It’s a great option to stay at the hotel for a day or two while you enjoy both the ruins and the jungle flora and fauna that surround the property.  They offer complete property tours, spa services and horseback riding as well as direct access to the ruins.

The MayaLand Hotel and Bungalows was built in 1923 by the Barbachano family who still own and operate the hotel today.  Don’t let the age of this fine hotel discourage a visit, they have taken great care to maintain and continually upgrade the facilities to meet and exceed your expectations of luxury in a jungle setting.

The 55 rooms and 5 suites of the main house have lush gardens before them and the ruins of Chichen Itza to the West.  The spacious rooms all have air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, mini-bars and hand tiled ceramic and marble throughout.  All rooms have private terraces.

To enhance your experiences while staying at MayaLand, there are a network of jungle trails over 5KM designed for walking, biking and horseback riding, the hotel also offers golf carts for those who prefer to ride.  The hotel can also arrange private tours and guides through the front-desk for a number of unique and enriching activities found on-site and within Chichen Itza.

Enjoy your large in-room Jacuzzi along with the rest of amenities available in this luxurious suite. These rooms may have one king bed or two double beds.

Superior- $110.00 to $196.00
These beautiful and cozy rooms feature lovely wooden furniture plus hand tiled bathrooms with ceramic, marble and stone fixtures. The Superior rooms all have two double beds.
